Our client organisation has more than 25 years of experience providing discovery, development and drug lifecycle, offering product development including clinical testing, laboratory services, bio statistical analysis, regulatory services, clinical trial and data management. The Role. Reporting to the Laboratory Manager you will be part of a fast paced, diverse analytical team where you as the Senior Analytical Scientist will provide full analytical testing support in accordance with cGMP practices, including acting as project management leader on multiple projects and reviewing and writing reports and protocols. Key Responsibilities: Provide full analytical testing support in accordance with GMP practices against strict timelines to successfully meet client program milestones. Perform analysis procedures to quantitatively measure pharmaceutical compounds in a variety of formulations for stability testing and other studies for analytical testing support. Coordinate method development and validation projects. Communicate effectively with internal and client stakeholders. The ability to plan, schedule and carry out work for successful project completion. Provides assistance and training to junior laboratory staff members. The Person: The successful Senior Analytical Scientist should possess; Degree (or equivalent) in Chemistry. Significant experience within an analytical testing laboratory and cGMP environment is essential. 4 years' experience working within a GMP Lab and 4 years' industry experience with chromatography techniques (HPLC, UPLC, GC, CE. Experience in method development and validation preferable. General analytical chemistry knowledge. Positive attitude and ability to work well with others. The Benefits.
