Estimator/Quantity Surveyor. Salary: €35-45K. Location: Meath. Job Type: Permanent. Our Client, a leading concrete manufacturer are seeking an Estimator/Quantity Surveyor. The Estimator/Quantity Surveyor will play a key role in the team and the delivery of projects. Duties: Reviewing tender enquiry information, preparation and submission of tenders. Comparing tender and construction documents, advising of any changes and preparation of variation for submission to contractor. Submit monthly progress valuations to contractor. Preparation of tender enquiries to subcontractor. Assessment and certification of subcontractor valuations. Prepare project budgets, monitor costs and advise of any potential issues. Assisting the Commercial Manager with other duties. Assisting the Project Manager in particular about contract administration for both main contractor and subcontractor. Skills Required: Knowledge of tender enquiry information. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Can work on own initiative. Experience in precast not essential but would be an advantage.
