Job Summary. The Sheraton Athlone Hotel is currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Spa Therapist to join our renowned Sirana Spa team. Cocooned deep within Sheraton Athlone Hotel, Sirana is inspired by the sand, heat and colours of the Sahara desert. Sirana features unique signature spa treatments coupled with the most popular Elemis spa treatments. Indulge yourself with a treatment in one of our eight contemporary treatment suites, relax in our rustic tepidarium and finally unwind completely in our tranquil relaxation suite. Sheraton Athlone Hotel, a unique Spa Hotel in Ireland. Sirana Spa has a reputation for excellence and offers a range of luxury treatments. Elemis and Payot products are used and training will be provided. Responsibilities and Duties. To ensure a excellence in Guest care, service and professionalism are achieved at all times. To deliver the highest level of consistent Spa Therapy at all times to ensure our guests leave feeling pampered, having received a memorable spa experience. To be drive the promotion and selling of Spa treatments leading to bookings and repeat bookings. To ensure the safety and comfort of your guest at all times while in your care and around all areas of the spa. To assist in any other duties as required. Ensure that guests receive an efficient, friendly and personalised service. Interact well with all members of the Spa team. To work towards and achieve set targets. To carry out the treatments to a high professional standard. To ensure the working environment is kept to the utmost cleanliness. To be flexible with working hours, including weekends. Qualifications and Skills. A minimum of 2 years experience as a Senior Spa Therapist. Must be ITEC/CIBTAC and/or CIDESCO qualified. Experience in massage treatments, body treatments, facials, waxing, manicures & pedicures. Retail sales experience essential. Elemis or Payot experience is desirable but not essential. Reflexology qualification and relevant experience is desirable but not essential.
