What you need to know. You will work as a Project Manager for our client, a leading Irish technology company in North Dublin. This is a permanent role. Your new job. Key duties and responsibilities. To manage, run and develop EMEA engineering facilities and all technical personnel. To recruit and mentor top engineering talent to meet business needs. Implement an internship program with local universities to grow local talent. Enforce a consistent development process. Enforce product test standards. Create & maintain engineering infrastructure to support efficient product development. Review engineers with input from other management. Track all active projects in the EMEA region. Manage projects to schedules and budgets. Meet regularly with all engineers to review their projects, escalate problems and keep things moving. What are we looking for? BS in Engineering, Physics or other relevant discipline. At least 3 years of experience in project management. At least 3 years of experience in engineering management. Familiarity with radios and antennas is an advantage but training will be provided. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multi-task, plan, execute and deliver on projects in a timely manner. Flexible, team player. Open to fast paced work style and results driven.
