Due to continued success I have a Permanent role for an experienced Analytical Chemist- GMP lab, Westmeath, commutable from Longford, Offaly, Tipperary,Meath,Galway,Kildare. Sal up to €50kDOE plus full benefits.Contact Felicity 086 7821714. Duties. The Analytical Chemist will provide full analytical testing support for inhalation devices (pMDIs, DPIs, nebulizers, nasal sprays and novel devices) in accordance with GMP practices. Perform a variety of complex sample preparations. Perform analysis procedures to measure pharmaceutical compounds in a variety of formulations for stability testing and other studies for analytical testing support. You will have the ability to plan, schedule and carry out work for successful project completion. The analytical chemist will provide assistance and training to Associate Scientists. Requirements. Bachelor's Degree in a relevant science discipline, i.e. chemistry. 2- 3 years' experience working within a GMP Lab. 2-3 years' industry testing experience of inhalation devices with cascade impaction, dose delivery and particle size analysis. Industry HPLC experience. General analytical chemistry knowledge. Positive attitude and ability to work well with others. Ability to write protocols and reports.
