We are currently looking for a Commis Chef to join our team. Key responsibilities of the Commis Chef will include: Successfully graduated with a professional culinary arts degree. Minimum of 1 years' experience at Commis Chef level within a similar hotel environment. Sound knowledge and practical chef skills. Fluent in both written and spoken English. The core emphasis of this role will primarily be in 'hands on' capacity where the person will be involved in day to day cooking, running sections, administration, he/she will take instruction from the unit manager and will assist in managing the kitchen operation itself. The ideal candidate for the Commis Chef position should: Have a passion for food and food production. Excellent communication skills. Good organizational skills.
