Marketing Manager B2B eCommerce. Overview of role: The role of Marketing Manager specifically includes executing content delivery across web, search, email and social media as well as building successful marketing and PR campaigns across traditional media. You will report directly to the CEO and will work closely with Sales, Development and the senior leadership team. Responsibilities: Understanding, refining and implementing an agreed digital marketing strategy focused on lead generation for our sales team. Enhancing, amplifying and targeting our core value proposition through our messaging and brand. Plan and execute all communications before, during and after launches of new products and features across multiple channels and formats. Work closely with product development team to determine the most profitable course for all new and existing products and features. Focus on implementing campaigns that consistently generate new, high quality leads. Planning and executing all online campaigns (content, search, email and social media. Driving content creation on the company website, email and social media, including planning, co-ordinating and delivering original content in different formats across all online platforms. Create training materials and training programs (both online and offline) to assist the Sales team. Liaising with any third-party or inter-departmental providers across design, copywriting and development. Driving the content curation strategy across social media in line with the social communications strategy within overall digital communications strategy. Reporting regularly to the wider management and sales team on leads generated via marketing activities, content and campaign performance. Required / Desirable Qualifications and Experience: Hold a relevant primary degree in Marketing, Business or a related discipline. Have 3-5 years’ experience in a Product or Digital Marketing position, preferably in a B2B or Enterprise software environment. Can prove commercial results e.g. effective lead generation from marketing activities. Have experience in delivering effective digital campaigns (content, organic and paid) campaigns. Have experience as part of a team in launching new products to market. Have a deep interest in product marketing and finding ways of communicating the benefits of the product across various content formats (copy, video, imagery, audio. Know with conviction that the digital status quo is fleeting, and therefore will be at the forefront of knowing what’s new and how and why that is important. Have a strong analytical mindset and be able to set up and analyse campaigns in order to cut through the millions of data-points and get to the numbers that matter. Have exceptional verbal and written communication skills to communicate with stakeholders at all levels, both technical and non-technical. Possess exceptional project management skills with an ability to identify and prioritise goals and reach them on time and within budget.
