Interim opportunity to join a Financial Services Group as Compliance Manager . The compliance manager will lead the due diligence conduct of new partners, deliver the oversight framework and monitoring regime for existing partners to ensure that sales practices and customer treatment align with the Risk Framework. You will gain exposure to working closely with the board and senior management team. Presenting reports to the Risk committee and board. Lead the diligence process, partner oversight monitoring, including Outsourced Service Provider governance and relationship. Lead and complete partner escalation for execution of potential partner off boarding activity. Understand and implement monitoring activities required to comply with the EOIPA guidelines. Manage complaints, remedial actions, escalating and engaging with partners and OSP as required. Lead the interaction with internal stakeholders to agree and deliver appropriate company-wide remediation plans. Build and manage a small team of subject matter experts. Qualifications and Experience. Degree qualified with proven analytical and presentation skills. 8-10 years' financial services or insurance industry experience. Strong knowledge and experience of investment products. Previous exposure to regulations governing insurers.
