Client Services. Based in Navan. Salary €25-28k. Permanent Position. The Role. You will be responsible for pipeline reports, management information systems and performance indicators are kept up to date. You will develop and maintain effective working relationships with business introducers with the focused aim of fostering customer loyalty. You will check, process and acknowledge receipt of relevant documentation, identifying any shortfalls that need to be addressed in order to complete the process. You will manage and be accountable for existing business queries submitted by Clients and Brokers. You will perform other job related roles and duties as and when required by management for the effective running of the department. Requirements. Leaving Certificate standard of education, College degree preferred. Experience in a small office enviroment preferably within the Financial Services Industry. Proficient in MS Office. Must maintain high levels of accuracy and work effectively independently as well as being part of the team. Should be able to priortise their workload effectively in order to meet deadlines.
