Project Coordinator. Role Type: Permanent. Location: Meath, commutable from Westmeath and Cavan. Experience: 1-2 years. My client a large engineering organisation in Co. Meath is seeking a project coordinator to join their team. You will be providing support to the project engineer team preparing and gathering documentation as well as liasing with the onsite installs team and many internal stakeholders. This person will need to be driven and have strong influence abilities as you will need to be able to drive results to ensure projects are delivered on time. Skills from the construction sector are very relavant to this position but please bear in mind this is a role for someone with 2 years plus experience. This role would suit somebody with a technical/mechanical attribute with similar experience in a busy engineering/construction office. Main Duties and Responsibilities. - Project Co-Ordination - managing various projects in terms of specifications, planning, and deployment and close out. - Provide general administrative assistance to project teams as they plan projects, work schedules and activities. - Assist in the monitoring of project work schedules to ensure on time and accurate delivery. - Prepare Client Quotations. - Scheduling and processing of invoices. - Tender document compilation. - Provide administrative support (including attending meetings, recording minutes etc. Key Attributes. - Minimum 1 years' experience in a similar role. - AutoCAD an advantage. - Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, and strong interpersonal skills. - Self-Starter, work under your own initiative whilst also working as part of a team is essential to this role. - Ability to work to tight deadlines. - Must be flexible. - Strong intellectual, analytical and thinking skills. - Excellent attention to detail and administration skills.
